I’ve looked up countess times how to do this and I keep getting the same stuff “select the layer adjuster tool on the tool box and then resize with the corners of the box.” There is no layer adjuster icon on the toolbox for me the only way I can move an object is by selecting it and then holding control to move it or pressing f on the keyboard. I cannot resize an object or anything like that. I don’t mind it so far, I’ve been spending a lot of time just getting used to the program but there is one thing I cannot figure out for the life of me.

It comes with the option of 3 separate programs and the one I ended up choosing was Corel Painter Essentials 6. But just yesterday for Christmas I received a small Wacom Intuos for my pc so I can do digital art on there. I have been drawing digitally for about a year and a half/2 years on an iPad Pro with an Apple Pencil using the app Procreate.
